Learn the fundamentals of bookbinding and make your own hardback notebook using traditional bookbinding methods and a range of materials.

You will choose from a variety of colours and weights of paper for the inserts, then make the cover from boards, bookcloth and papers, putting them together to create your own unique notebook.

Suitable for beginners and those with experience.

Age 12 and over, under 16’s to be accompanied by an adult.

Light refreshments included.

Brenda Peek

Brenda is a Nest volunteer and discovered the joys of bookbinding and restoration a few years ago. Since then she has become an enthusiastic amateur and has been lucky to attend classes with a number of professionals. She also dabbles in a variety of other crafts such as sewing and knitting.
